UPHOLSTERY PROCESS:

• Customer contacts The Recovery Zone providing information, such as a photograph, a part number, and dimensions or to set up a site visit for The Recovery Zone to evaluate the item in question.

• Once The Recovery Zone has evaluated the item for re-upholstery, repair service or our other services - a written estimate is provided.

• Once estimate is accepted and purchase order is issued to us our estimate is converted to a working order and a written acknowledgement is provided confirming cost, pick-up and return dates.
